What's in the Museum Store?
We carry local products such as Riverbend saskatoon berry jams, jellies, tea and more. We have a full line of old-fashioned candy which includes the ever popular candy sticks and barley pops. You will also find Gourmet Village dips and drinks, as well as local food products.
Distinctive prairie merchandise includes Prairie Pottery, made in Saskatoon plus Berting glass wheat from Cupar, Saskatchewan. Check out our new apple products such as jam, mustard and barbecue sauce from the Petrofka Orchard near Waldheim, SK. The shop also carries a number of local artists' prints.
We have items in the Store made by our own volunteers, such as wooden
grain elevator bird feeders built by our Pioneer Thresherman's Club, or steak
turners crrafted by our blacksmiths. The
Women's Auxiliary have beautiful
handcrafted items for sale in their Parlour as well.
We have a variety of Canadian products such as t-shirts, sweaters, hats, RCMP products, postcards and all manner of souvenirs. For the local residents we carry home and kitchen decor, personal care products and items for gift giving.
Each October the store transforms into a Christmas wonderland with decorated trees, collectible Bearington Bears, seasonal dishes, ornaments, toys, and Christmas food items.
